1. Are you a direct factory?
Yes, we are a factory. We have been engaged in this industry for 10 years. We have a professional team with strong design ability and rich management experience.
2. What’s the main function of the products?

3. Can you send a sample for our reference?
As usual, we send samples at retail price, the postage should be paid by the buyer, but the fee will be refunded when there is a confirmed order.
4. How many models MIX and MOQ?
To ensure our production timeliness, we recommend mixing up to 4 models in one container, with a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces of the same color and style.
5. What about the leading time for bulk production?
In practice, depending on the number of orders and products, our delivery time is usually about 35-45 days after order confirmation. For new products the delivery time is about 60 days.
6. What's your payment term?
EXW price, T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment from the factory).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Price:
All prices are quoted on Ex-work.
2.Delivery:
Delivery time is 4-6weeks after confirmation of order and receipt of the margin deposit. Extra production time will be required during peak periods or under special circumstances. The sales department will specify all delivery time details on each proforma invoice.
3.Payment:
T/T payment required.
a) 30%margin deposit upon acceptance and confirmation of the order.
b) 70%balance payment 5 working days before delivery.
c) For order less than a 20'container full payment in advance is required.
4.Packing:
All goods are well packed in normal carton boxes. Any special printing requests such as labeling, bar code etc, will be subject to additional charges.
