Q. What’s the main function of the products?
A. With a wide range, good quality, reasonable price, and the Super-Classy vintage modern designs that are extensively used in Restaurant, Hotel, Bedroom, Conference Room, School Dining room, Cafe and Bar Shop.
Q. Can you send a sample for our reference?
A. As usual, we send samples at the retail price, and the freight is paid by the buyer, but the product fee will be refunded when there is a confirmed order.
Q. How many models MIX and MOQ?
A. One container can be mixed up to 4 models, MOQ:50pcs/color/item.
Q. What about the leading time for bulk production?
A. Actually, it depends on the order quantity and the products, usually our leading time is about 35- 45days after the order confirmed. The lead time for a new product is approximately 60 days.
Q. What's your payment term?
A. EXW price, T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment from the factory).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Price:
All prices are quoted on Ex-work.
2.Delivery:
Delivery time is 4-6weeks after confirmation of order and receipt of the margin deposit. Extra production time will be required during peak periods or under special circumstances. The sales department will specify all delivery time details on each proforma invoice.
3.Payment:
T/T payment required.
a) 30%margin deposit upon acceptance and confirmation of the order.
b) 70%balance payment 5 working days before delivery.
c) For order less than a 20'container full payment in advance is required.
4.Packing:
All goods are well packed in normal carton boxes. Any special printing requests such as labeling, bar code etc, will be subject to additional charges.
